ORDERS:

➤ Any and all information regarding your order (payment information, deadlines, pick up instructions, etc.) is sent VIA EMAIL and can be TIME-SENSITIVE. So please allow messages from tanya@junglebakes.com - sometimes messages can be sent to your spam folder.

➤ My calendar usually fills up about a month or two in advance, as my availability is limited. So I ask that order requests be submitted as early as possible for optimal scheduling and to avoid the rush fee.

➤ Orders are considered on a first come, first serve basis. If the full balance is not paid by the given deadline, your order will be canceled and you forfeit the hold on your requested date.

➤ Orders placed within 2 weeks of the requested pick-up date or within 3 weeks of the requested ship-by date are considered rush orders. A rush fee of 20% will be added to your order.

➤ No changes to orders will be accepted within 2 weeks of the requested pick-up date or within 3 weeks of the requested ship-by date.

➤ Prices are subject to change as market prices for ingredients fluctuate. Thank you for your understanding!

PAYMENTS:

➤ FULL BALANCE PAYMENT is required to confirm your order and secure your requested pick-up or ship-by date. Payment must be made WITHIN 48 HOURS of receiving your order quote.

➤ Due to the custom nature of each order, a lot of preparation and planning goes into each cookie set, including the consultation. Therefore, no refunds will be issued within 2 weeks of the requested pick-up date or 3 weeks of the requested ship-by date. Otherwise, I will address any other concerns and accommodate them when possible.

➤ Payment information will be emailed to you if your order request is accepted. Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or Square. Both PayPal and Square will include a transaction fee.

ALLERGIES:

➤ Gluten-free recipe testing is still in the works. I will make an announcement as soon as it is on the menu!

➤ At this time, I cannot accommodate any other dietary restrictions (i.e., dairy-free, vegan, etc.). 

➤ All custom orders are prepared in a home kitchen. Although I maintain a highly sanitary workspace, I cannot guarantee a lack of cross-contamination. I do my best to ensure the cookies are free from contact with all common allergens, other than the ones listed on the ingredients label. My cookies do contain wheat flour, eggs, and butter. 

All preparation materials, visuals, and sketches, including all electronic files used to create your custom cookies, remain the property of Jungle Bakes. Please do not share.
